OpenLab CDS Workflow Test
Creates a project and virtual (Data Player) instrument, then submits a sequence to verify the OpenLab CDS software algorithms. This test requires the OpenLab CDS plug-in.
License
This test requires the QlaCDSWorkflow license. Each machine where the Workflow Test is executed requires one QlaCDSWorkflow license.
The license is acquired at the first execution and is not released back to the license pool after the test completes. If there are insufficient licenses, the test fails at the step "Checking for license QlaCDSWorkflow."
Licenses are installed from the Licenses option in the OpenLab Control Panel Administration tab. Contact Agilent support if you need additional licenses. For details on installing OpenLab licenses, see the OpenLab Control Panel online help.
Prerequisites
- The
QlaCDSWorkflowlicense must be installed. - The OpenLab CDS plug-in must be installed.
- For required roles and privileges, see Required Privileges per Test.
What the test verifies
Test Services uses sets of reference files that are valid for the current version of OpenLab CDS. All necessary files — report templates, sequences, acquisition and processing methods — are deployed together when Test Services is installed.
At the end of the Workflow Test, two reports are generated:
- Test Services Algorithm Evaluation report
- OpenLab CDS Workflow Test report
A summary of the Algorithm Evaluation report is also included in the overall Summary Report.
