Email Notifications Not Working
If email notifications are not working, follow these steps:

Verify email is configured in OpenLab CDS Control Panel. If email is not set up there, Test Services notifications will fail. See the OpenLab CDS Control Panel online help for setup instructions.

Send a test email from the OpenLab CDS Control Panel to confirm that your email settings are working correctly.

Test email sending from Test Services directly:
a. Set up email notifications in Test Services (see Settings).
b. In a browser, enter the following URL. For client/server systems, use the address of the OpenLab Server or the OLSS server with ECM 3.x backend. For Workstation or Workstation Plus, use the machine itself:
https://<server:port>/openlab/testservicesserver/v1/health/emailFor example:
https://localhost:52088/openlab/testservicesserver/v1/health/emailThis sends a test email using the SMTP settings from OpenLab Control Panel. The email subject will be: Test Services Test email.
Email can only be sent from server, Workstation, or Workstation Plus machines — not from clients or AICs.
