Test Services 3.3

Test Services 3.3 (released as QualA 3.3) is compatible with OpenLab CDS 2.5 and its compatible storage systems. The notes below cover the entire 3.3 release line, including changes delivered in later OpenLab CDS 2.5 patch updates rather than only the first 3.3 build.

[3.3.0] - 2020-03​

Added​

  • Added support for file-based Workstations.
  • Added the OpenLab Storage System Test, which verifies file and folder operations, check-in and checkout, signatures, and permission checks on the configured storage system. It supports OpenLab Server, OpenLab ECM XT, OpenLab ECM, and Local File System storage.
  • Added scheduling, so verification tests can run automatically on machines where the product is installed.
  • Added email notifications, so the product can send a Summary report email when verification tests run.

Fixed​

  • Fixed the services not starting automatically after a machine restart.
  • Fixed duplicate report names in the Summary report.
  • Fixed the Summary report referring to activity-log checks when the activity log is turned off.
