| ECM | Enterprise Content Management — the Agilent OpenLab ECM document management system used as a storage backend in some Test Services deployments. |
| ECM XT | A variant of OpenLab ECM. In Test Services documentation, "Server/ECM XT" refers to OpenLab Server and ECM XT deployments collectively. |
| Flexera | Third-party license management software used by OpenLab CDS and Test Services to manage feature licenses. |
| OLSS | OpenLab Shared Services — the authentication, logging, and shared services layer that underlies OpenLab CDS and Test Services. |

| SVT | Software Verification Tool / Software Installation Verification Test — verifies the integrity of installed Agilent software binaries. |
| Test Services Administrator | An OLSS project role created at first login that grants all Test Services User privileges plus the Manage Test Services privilege. Required to create and manage test schedules. |
| Test Services User | An OLSS project role created at first login that grants the minimum privileges to log in to Test Services and run the SVT and System Report. |
