Error messages

This page lists the error messages Test Services can display, together with the likely cause and the steps to resolve each one. The messages are grouped into general Test Services messages and messages specific to the OpenLab CDS Workflow Test. It is for administrators and users diagnosing a failed login, test run, or report download.

Some general messages, and all OpenLab CDS Workflow Test messages, end with the advice "please contact system administrator for assistance" when the message alone does not describe an actionable step.
