Scheduling and notification tasks

• Schedule tests: create schedules and edit their timing, enable or disable them, or remove them.
• Set up email notifications: choose recipients and the summaries or error notifications they receive.
• Set up credentials for running tests: configure a service account for manual and scheduled runs.
