Log file locations

The Test Services log files are located at:

C:\ProgramData\Agilent\LogFiles

ProgramData is a hidden folder.

TestServices.log — contains information about operations performed by Test Services and its plug-ins. Each plug-in logs events with tags indicating the test that generated them, making it easier to troubleshoot specific tests.

TestServices_cm{timestamp}.log — located on the machine where Test Services Central Management is installed:

C:\ProgramData\Agilent\LogFiles\TestServices_cm{timestamp}.log

Use this log to troubleshoot Test Services central management services.

When upgrading from a version of QualA prior to v3.4, path names are changed from QualA to Test Services. When upgrading using a custom path, a Test Services folder is created in the custom path.
